We are looking for an SAP Project/Release Manager (f/m/d)!

Our client - a DAX 30 company based in the heart of Germany near Mannheim - is looking for an SAP Project/Release Manager to join their global IT team on a permanent basis.
As release manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of major and minor releases for the core IT systems and applications.


Location: greater Mannheim region (in-house, permanent)
Salary: up to €95.000 per annum (base salary; gross)


Your challenge:

• End-to-end planning and delivery of all releases for the core IT systems with SAP as leading environment
• Ownership of the global enterprise release management framework and the release management process
• Responsibility for the overall yearly release plan for core productive applications with SAP as leading system
• Consult and support other teams about release management handling.

What will make you stand out:

• A minimum of 3 years' professional experience in release management and/or project management
• Knowledge and experience of Agile delivery methods (e.g., SCRUM/Kanban)
• Knowledge of SAP Logistics (SD/LE, MM, TM, WM/eWM or PP)
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills as well as an analytical and organizational mindset
• Fluent business English language skills
• Willingness to travel worldwide.
