Steve at Network EMEA has supported me in finding quality Service Management and IT professionals for approximately 5 years. Unlike most agencies, Steve takes the time to fully understand what we are looking for, not only in terms of experience and qualifications, but also how the candidate will fit culturally and gel both with the existing team and other candidates if I am looking to fill multiple positions.
Also, I do not have to wade through dozens of unsuitable CV’s as Steve is very selective about who he puts forward, and knows from experience those candidates who are likely to progress to the latter stages of the recruitment process. On Several occasions, I have been so comfortable with the candidate that I have made an immediate decision to hire them.
