Position Overview:
As an SAP QM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and implementing SAP Quality Management solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and technical experts, to ensure the successful integration and optimization of SAP QM processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their quality management processes and requirements.
• Design and configure SAP QM modules to meet client needs and industry best practices.
• Lead and participate in workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions.
• Perform system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with SAP QM advancements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SAP QM Consultant with hands-on implementation experience.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP QM module, including configuration, integration, and customization.
• Strong understanding of quality management processes and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet project deadlines.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Czech or Slovak is a plus.
• SAP certification in QM is preferred but not mandatory.
