About your key reponsabilities:
·Lead as the Global Process Owner for SAP FI and HCM, ensuring alignment and harmonization across business units.
·Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and implement SAP solutions that meet real business needs.
·Provide expert guidance on SAP FI and HCM to optimize financial and HR processes.
·Manage the integration of SAP FI with different SAP modules
·Lead innovative projects that drive process automation and business efficiency.
·Conduct training sessions and empower key users to master the SAP ecosystem.
·Oversee SAP lifecycle management and coordinate external consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
·5+ years of SAP experience, especially in SAP FI, with hands-on experience in system integration.
·Ideally, you'll also have experience in SAP HCM and a strong understanding of integrated financial business processes.
·A proven track record in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
·Experience working on large, multi-site, international projects - you thrive in complex, fast-paced environments.
·Fluent English communication skills
